Due to the nature of original, one-of-a-kind artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Each artwork is unique and carefully inspected before shipping. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@karustudiostore.com.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the artwork

• Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement (if available) or another appropriate solution. Refunds are not provided.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Lost packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or detail may occur due to:

• Screen differences between devices

• The handmade nature of original artwork

These variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return or refund.
